Project Summary
The Athens Philharmonic International Peace Concert wasn't a typical corporate event. Held in the Platres forest on Europe Day, under the auspices of the Cyprus EU Presidency, it was conceived by Dr Marinos Soteriou, Founder of American Medical Center, as a cultural statement. Beethoven's 9th Symphony performed against the backdrop of the Troodos mountains.
Avaton managed the full scope: communications strategy, creative direction, visual identity, guest invitation and RSVP management, media relations, on-site coordination, and production of the official highlight video.
The concert was broadcast as an event of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), generating coverage across television, print, and digital media, extending its reach well beyond Cyprus.
